The shipping time within Germany is usually up to 7 working days. We ship with DHL. The sender bears the shipping costs.

If you wish to return a product, please note the following.
The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the order.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of your package arriving at the return sender.
Please pack it in the original packaging and attach a sheet that says the following information:
name and adress
Order number
Reason for refund (optional)
As soon as we get the package from you, we will take care of the handling.
